As soon as your job interviewer asks you this, “Do you have any inquiries you’d like to ask over?”. Don’t just sit down and be tongue tied or come about with a lame answer.  Why?  For the reason that there are a lot of powerful answers out there and all you need to do is find out the right words for this questionnaire. Soon enough, you’ll be able to discover various  commanding answers  that will definitely increase rapidly  your chances for getting the job.  All you need is to be resourceful. You can either read interview books or surf the web.

Do you always fail in job interviews? Have you been applying for more than a month now, yet been receiving letters of rejection all the time? Even if you are dressed properly, and can speak straight and fluent English, those are not enough for you to get that job you are aiming for.

Maybe you are anxious all the time. It is true that job interviews can be a little stressful since you have no idea what questions will be fired at you. If you are nervous, chances are, your speech and body language will be affected. Your voice can crack and your whole body might get fidgety.

A psychometric test isn’t really a test and that is because you cannot really fail one. It is called a test because – well in all honesty how else you categories can something where you are asked to carry out a task which you will then be assessed on. What these do is ascertain how you think.

Hey going into an interview is no different to going into battle and the end result is to come out the winner! The better your offensive is the more chance you have at winning the interviewer over. Your objective is to win. How are you going to do this? Well you need to know where you are going and how you are going to get there.

English is one of the major universal medium used in today’s corporate world and almost all nations train their constituents how to speak the said language (in schools). Even in some countries where English is not the native language, they do converse in English when it comes to job interviews and daily business transactions.

For you to impress your interviewer, of course, you must know how to speak the said language fluently. You have to know the basics, like correct subject-verb-agreement, proper diction, correct choice of words and so on and so forth. With this, you can talk your way through that job offering!

You can almost bet they will ask you about Balance Sheet accounts, Income Statement accounts, bank recs, adjusting entries. Know what accounts have normal debit and credit balances, who how to do a financial statement, bank rec, adj entries. Let them tell you what the rate is and if they ask you first you should know what the going rate is in your area or otherwise you will be too high or low.

A job interview is a mutual discussion so try not to think of it as an interrogation. Its purpose is for the company to know about you and for you to get to know more about the job and the company. Make the interview meaningful by being prepared. List down the questions you would like to ask beforehand and keep them in mind. Go with a positive attitude and look at each individual interview as a learning experience. If you fail at the interview assess why you think it did not go well and make improvements on yourself to be ready with the next interview.

Avoid fidgeting in your seat and rest your hands in your laps. Try not to clutch at your pants or skirt while doing so. Be aware also of other nervous movements such as foot-tapping and playing with a ring or watch. Limit your hand gestures. Use them only when you want to emphasize key points. Too much and it can only be distracting to you and your interviewer both.

Enter the interview room calmly and with certain poise. Wait for the interviewer to indicate where you should be seated. Your cue to be seated is when the interviewer has already taken his or her seat.

Remember to make eye contact when you speak. Shifting your eyes make you seem like you are lying. Don’t stare too intensely either. Just relax and keep eye contact as if you do when talking to a friend. Stand or sit straight. Movie confidently and if seated, do so that you are sitting slightly a bit forward in your chair.
